Like most Canadians, he has beady eyes and a flapping head. His head is rectangular-shaped, has a white beard, and wears a yellow raincoat and hat, and black rainboots.
Role
The Fisherman is shown wandering through Banff, Canada. When the New Kid talks to him, he asks him if he's ever been to Newfoundland, because he'll never find better sodomy in all of Canada.

- What he says is a reference to Steve the Newfoundlander from the episode, "It's Christmas in Canada."
