Mrs. Tweak is a character in South Park: The Stick of Truth. She is Tweek Tweak's mother and runs Tweek Bros. Coffee, along with her husband.

Mrs. Tweak has no role in the story outside of friending the New Kid when the New Kid purchases a Speed Potion Ultra from her husband and mentioning that he should buy coffee to keep himself going through school.
