Sheila wears a midnight blue dress suit with a white shirt and a violet red skirt underneath. Sheila also red lipstick and gold earrings. Her long red hair is done up in a beehive style.
- She appears during the second battle against Human Kite From An Alternate Universe (a.k.a. Kyle Schwartz). When the Alternate Human Kite's health is depleted, he revives with 1 point of health and unleashes his "secret weapon": calling "Aunt Sheila" to help him against the kids "picking on [him]". In turn, Human Kite joins the battle on his relatives' side, trying to defuse the situation before it escalates further; Coon and Friends must defeat Sheila and Alternate Human Kite in order to triumph.
- In battle, Sheila uses a strong melee attack, as well as the "Jersey Slide", a dash that allows her to hit multiple characters in a row. If Alternate Human Kite is defeated before her, she enters an enraged state that gives her a turn after each member of Coon and Friends makes a move.
- Following the Broflovski's defeat, an infuriated Sheila contemplates calling the police on Coon and Friends, forcing Human Kite to agree to let his cousin play superheroes with them whenever he wants. She demands that the kids retrieve Alternate Human Kite's lost kite before taking her nephew into the house to tend to his injuries.
- As a boss in The Fractured But Whole, Sheila's theme is an instrumental remix of "Kyle's Mom is a Bitch" from South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut.
